Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Canada
- Standard Shipping (7–10 business days): Free on orders over $75 CAD / $8.99 CAD flat rate
- Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): $14.99 CAD
United States
- Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $12.99 CAD
- Expedited Shipping (5–7 business days): $24.99 CAD
International
- We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are collected upon delivery.
